In a Chakra reading and healing session, we explore the main energy centers in your body and how they relate to your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. You’ll lie down or sit comfortably while I gently tune into each Chakra with a pendulum above you. You’re invited to relax, notice what you feel, and share anything that comes up. We finish with a brief grounding and simple suggestions you can use at home, so you leave feeling clearer, more aligned, and supported in your next steps. This session is 90 min long.

This session is especially suitable for those who are yet to meet their best, worthy Self, and you will get a lot of bespoke resources to continue at your own time.

Somatic hypnosis is a guided, deeply restorative meditative practice that brings the body into profound relaxation while keeping the mind gently aware, and is offered here in one-on-one or group formats, specifically tailored to the type of healing and intention each client requests.
Each session lasts 45 minutes, with a 15 min gentle introduction beforehand, and a 15-minute introspective integration afterwards.

In this Three-Session Wellness Immersion, we dive deeply into your core beliefs and the subconscious patterns that shape your choices, health, and relationships. Across our time together, we gently uncover limiting narratives held in the body–mind–soul system and explore how they were formed, so you can meet them with awareness rather than judgment. Each meeting builds on the previous one, helping you cultivate presence, inner safety, and autonomy, so that your decisions arise less from old conditioning and more from a grounded, conscious place within you.

We’ll explore practices to identify and strengthen your natural energy flow, focusing on the energy center where you feel the most alive and connected.
Once your intuitive and energetic systems are aligned, you’ll be guided to uncover your heartfelt desire—the intention that feels most resonant and true. You’ll then translate this desire into words, shaping it into a quantum manifestation spell: a clear, energized statement that anchors your intention into the field of possibility.
By the end of the session, you’ll have a simple, repeatable process for connecting intuition, energy, and intention in a practical, embodied way.
